Turnkey Homes in Antigua & Barbuda

How it works

The client journey, from your first call to the handover of a finished home.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

We talk about what you want: how you plan to use the home, the size you have in mind, your budget range and your timing.

We explain how we work and what we coordinate, and you decide if it is a good fit.

  2. Step 2

    Lot

If you already own a lot, we start from it. If not, we help you identify options and connect you with local professionals.

Buying land is between you, the seller and your own lawyer.

  3. Step 3

    Design and quote

Local professionals prepare plans suited to your lot and your needs.

You receive a written quote before any build commitment.

  4. Step 4

    Build coordination with updates

Local builders carry out the work. We coordinate with them and keep you informed with regular updates, in English or French.

You always know who to call: one Canadian-facing contact.

    [VERIFY: update frequency and format]

  5. Step 5

    Handover

When the home is complete, you receive the keys and the documents for your home.

We stay your contact for questions after handover.

[VERIFY: handover documents and after-handover support]

Timelines and costs are confirmed in writing per project.
